CBM continues to be selected by the Employer to become the General Contractor for Project 34 Townhouses

Following the Chon Thanh Commercial Center Project, CBM once again affirmed its prestige when it was selected by the Employer - Binh Long House Real Estate Co., Ltd. to construct 34 townhouses.

On the morning of July 1, 2022, the groundbreaking ceremony of the project was solemnly held in Chon Thanh district, Binh Phuoc province. Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Employer - Binh Long House, General Contractor - CBM, Design Consultant - FAS, Supervision Consultant - NAGECCO and employees of companies.

Each adjacent townhouse includes 1 ground floor, 3 floors and roof, construction floor area from 380 m2 to 445 m2. Along with Chon Thanh Commercial Center, when completed, this will be one of the high-class urban areas, with full amenities and complete services in Binh Phuoc province.
