CBM was once again chosen as General Contractor for Commercial Center and Supermarket GO! Thai Nguyen by the Client - Central Group.
The Commencement Ceremony was celebrated on 29 April, 2020 at No. 1 Residential Area, Viet Bac Street, Tan Lap Ward, Thai Nguyen City.
Commercial Center and Supermarket GO! Thai Nguyen has contract value of over 400 billion Vietnam dong with total construction area of 37.326 m2, including 3 floors and 1 mezzaine floor for parking lot. Auxiliary items include garden, area for ground transportation, ground parking and access to fire-fighting equipment, arranged on an outside area of about 12,076m2.
After the Ceremony, Site Management Board has immediately implemented all necessary works for constructing the Project and completed under the given schedule, ensuring all standards about quality, labour safety and environmental sanitation.
