Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Center Project

On the morning of October 10, 2025, at Thu Thiem New Urban Area, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Center Project has officially commenced construction.

The Youth Center is designed with 10 floors, including 1 basement, 1 ground floor, and 9 upper floors. Covering a land area of 39,911.50 m2 and a GFA of 38,012.05 m2, this project ensures a spacious, multifunctional environment for learning, recreation, and extracurricular activities.

Speaking on behalf of the Joint Venture of Contractors, Ms. Hoang Thi Bach Tuyet – Chairwoman of Construction and Building Materials JSC (CBM) – affirmed the consortium’s commitment to executing the project with dedication, ensuring top standards of progress, quality, and safety.

With its modern architectural design, the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Center is expected to become a new symbol of culture and education for the city’s youth, a place to nurture global citizens and foster young talents for the nation’s future.
