1. Position: Tender QS Engineer (Tender BoQ Extraction)

a. Quantity: 02

b. Workplace: Tender Department, Company Office – Nguyen Cong Tru, District 1 – HCMC.

c. Time: Monday – Saturday morning

d. Salary: negotiable according to capability and experience

- Degree: University, Major in Construction Engineer or Construction Economics.

- Experience: > 1 year of experience

- Capable of handling work pressure, working with a professional attitude, passionate about work, experienced and specialized in the construction industry.

- Good English skills is preferred.

- Proficiency in specialized software and good at understanding drawings is preferred.

g. Job Description – Tender QS Engineer:

- Main task: calculating the Tender BoQ at the company's Tender Department.

- Learn and trained for other jobs (if desired).

- Perform tasks as requested by Team Leader/ Manager.

2. Position: Engineer in charge of materials and subcontractors pricing, (contact to quote materials and subcontractors prices)

a. Quantity: 01

b. Workplace: Tender Department, Company Office – Nguyen Cong Tru, District 1 – HCMC.

c. Time: Monday – Saturday morning

d. Salary: negotiable according to capability and experience

- Degree: University, Major in Construction Engineer or Construction Economics.

- Experience: Experience is preferred.

g. Job Description – Engineer in charge of materials and subcontractors pricing:

- Main task: study tender documents, drawings and related documents.

- Make a list of materials that need a supplier’s quotation and a list of subcontractors.

- Dissect drawings of subcontracting packages.

- Call to quote, control the quotation progress and the conformity of the quotation of suppliers, subcontractors according to the requirements of the tender documents.

- Make a price comparison table of materials and subcontractors, choose a good price to provide to the Estimating Department to include in the tender documents.

- Make sample forms of BOQ, materials to estimate.

- Learn and trained for other jobs (if desired).

- Perform tasks as requested by Team Leader/ Manager.
