1. Position: Quotation Engineer

a. Quantity: 01

b. Salary: up to 15mil (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

c. Requirement:

- Degree: University, Major in Construction Engineering or Construction Economics.

- No experience required. Guidance and training will be provided.

- Capable of handling work pressure, working with a professional manner, dedicated to the job, experienced and specialized in the construction industry.

- Good English skills is preferred.

- Proficiency in specialized software and good drawings comprehension is preferred.

d. Job description:

- Study tender documents, drawings and related documents.

- Compile material lists requiring supplier (SPLR) quotations and subcontractor (SC) lists.

- Contact to quote, control the quotation progress, and ensure the compliance of SPLR/SC’s quotations with Tender Document requirements

- Separate drawings from subcontractor packages.

- Make comparison tables of materials and subcontractors’ quotations to provide the Estimating Department the best prices to include in the Tender Documents.

- Prepare BOQ and material forms for estimation.

- Learn and undergo additional training for other tasks (if desired).

- Perform tasks assigned by Team Leader/ Manager.

2. Position: Quantity Surveyor (Tender Quantity Takeoff Engineer)

a. Quantity: 01

b. Salary: negotiable based on qualifications and experience.                 

c. Requirement:

- Degree: University, Major in Construction Engineering or Construction Economics.

- Experience: > 1 year of experience

- Capable of handling work pressure, working with a professional manner, dedicated to the job, experienced and specialized in the construction industry.

- Good English skills is preferred.                                                

- Proficiency in specialized software and good drawings comprehension is preferred.

d. Job description:

- Main task: Calculate and takeoff tender quantity at the company's Bidding Department.

- Learn and undergo additional training for other tasks (if desired).

- Perform tasks assigned by Team Leader/ Manager.

Workplace: Bidding Department, Company Office – Nguyen Cong Tru, Dist. 1 – HCMC.

Time: Monday – Saturday morning
