CBM Successfully Holds the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

On February 11, 2026, the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Construction and Building Materials JSC (CBM) solemnly took place.

At the Meeting, the Board of Directors and esteemed Shareholders reviewed CBM’s overall performance in 2025 in a spirit of seriousness, transparency, and consensus.
