CBM Secures Another Contract and Breaks Ground on a New Shopping Mall Project

With extensive experience in constructing supermarkets and shopping centers, CBM has once again been selected to execute the Chau Duc Industrial Park Shopping Mall Project (Ngai Giao Commune, Ho Chi Minh City). On the morning of September 15, 2025, the project officially broke ground.

This is a modern commercial complex located in one of the region’s leading industrial parks, serving as a gateway for trade, services, and shopping for both businesses and the local community. The project includes a central market hall, shophouses, townhouses, transportation infrastructure, parking areas, and other auxiliary facilities.
