CBM wins the package of Phu Dong Sky Apartment

After the success of the two projects Him Lam Phu Dong and Phu Dong Premier, CBM Construction continued to be selected by the Investor Phu Dong Group to become the General Contractor of structural, M&E and finishing works for Phu Dong Sky Garden Project.

Package: Structure, M&E and basic finishing of the whole apartment.

Construction site: An Binh Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province.

Contract value: 750,000,000,000 billion.

Project scale: 1 block, 1 basement, 27 floors.

Gross floor area: 62,644.07 m2 (excluding basement).
