Our BIM Department comprises a team of 10 members, covering all major fields: Architecture, Structure, MEPF, and ISO process management. The team structure includes 1 BIM Manager, 2 BIM Coordinators, and several BIM Modelers responsible for producing precise models that fully incorporate all project information.

BIM coordination between project stakeholders is carried out seamlessly and in strict compliance with ISO 19650 standards – from naming conventions to data management and access control – all implemented through the CDE (Common Data Environment) cloud platform. Regular coordination meetings between fields help minimize construction risks, ensure clear and timely information flow, and maintain consistency and avoid conflicts across all project participants.
