CBM HOLDS THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS OF 2018
On 29th January, 2019, Construction and Building Materials JSC has successfully held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Business Activities Summarization of 2018. Attending the meeting, there are Ms Hoang Thi Bach Tuyet - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, members of Board of Directos, members of Board of Supervisors and other shareholders and all staff.
In the meeting, besides considering and discussing the contents related to the results of business activities last year, the meeting also proceed with voting business development plan in the next year. Moreover, the assessment of the achievement, maintainence and rrestaint are analyzed to absorb experience.
With high voting rates of the agenda contents, CBM Annual Meeting of Shareholders has succeeded. The Leaders and staff of CBM will absolutely encounter with difficulties and challenges in executing business targets, however, we believe that the approved plan will be successfully completed.
Finally, excellent individuals and collectives are honored as they have contributed to the success of CBM in the last year.

At the same day, CBM also held Year-end party at Vitory Hotel. This is an annual party of all of staff and customer representatives of our company.
