Haohua Factory Project Progress
The TBR FINISHED PRODUCTS WAREHOUSE AND PCR FINISHED PRODUCTS AUTOMATED WAREHOUSE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT of HAOHUA (VIETNAM) CO., LTD., located at Minh Hung - Sikico Industrial Park (Binh Phuoc), built by Construction & Building Materials JSC (CBM) has entered its final finishing stage.
With the following progress updates: The factory area, including the 2 warehouses, one for TBR finished products and an automated one for PCR finished products, and the auxiliary zone of ~90,000m2 (the total factory area exceeding 430,000m2), has completed construction and is now in the equipment installation phase. The Office Zone and Canteen have completed structural works and masonry and are currently undergoing finishing.
Throughout the implementation process, CBM has always prioritized Occupational Safety and Construction Quality. As a result, the project has been completed on schedule while strictly adhering to safety standards and environmental regulations.
This project stands as a testament not only to CBM's expertise in industrial construction but also to its credibility with domestic and international partners, contributing to the success of the Investor.
