Kim Tin Building Finishing Stage 2023
Kim Tin Building is located in a prime location on the facade of Vo Van Kiet Street (Co Giang Ward, District 1), with a total construction floor area of nearly 7200 m2. This is a CBM project that accompanies investor Kim Tin as the main contractor.
Kim Tin Building is a project designed in an open architecture, close to nature, combining modern and luxurious open space with a scale including 4 basements, 14 floors, technical floors and specialized rooftops. The project is in the handover stage and is about to be put into use, promising to open a green working space in the heart of District 1.
CBM team is proud to accompany the Investor Kim Tin Group, bringing the project to the finish line to meet technical - fine art standards, meeting the requirements of occupational safety and environmental sanitation.
