Titanium Slag Factory - Binh Thuan 

The project is located at Hoa Thang Commune, Bac Binh District, Binh Thuan Province, with a scale of 5 floors and roof, Gross floor area is 3568 m2. CBM takes part in this project as the role General Contractor of Design and Build Construction works and M&E.

The project is currently constructing reinforcement, formwork and pouring concrete for floor columns 1. It is expected that the project will be handed over to the Investor in July 2022.

Chon Thanh Commercial Center - Binh Phuoc

The project is located at 14th Highway, Chon Thanh District, Binh Phuoc Province with a scale of 1 basement, 3 floors and roof, Gross floor area is 15.500 m2. CBM takes part in the project as the General Contractor of Construction works and Installation of Project's Equipment.

The project is currently constructing basement foundation and wall reinforcement, basement floor reinforcement, pouring and maintaining basement floor concrete. It is expected that the project will be handed over to the Employer in October, 2022.

Kim Tin Office Building Project

The project is located on Vo Van Kiet Street, Co Giang Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, with a scale of 4 basements, 14 floors, a total floor area of 5000 m2. CBM assumes the role of General Contractor for roughing and finishing works.

The project is under construction, reinforcing and pouring concrete for the 5th floor. It is expected to be handed over to the Investor in early 2023.
