Groundbreaking Ceremony for Phase 1 of Springville Project’s Market Zone

On the morning of December 29, 2025, in Dong Nai Province, amid the vibrant and festive atmosphere of the year-end season, CBM, together with the Investor Gamuda Land and project partners, officially held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for Phase 1 – the Market Zone of the Springville Project.

Springville is a model integrated urban development spanning 18.2 hectares in Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province, developed by the leading real estate group Gamuda Land. Within the project, the Market Zone is not only envisioned as a bustling commercial hub but also serves as a distinctive architectural and aesthetic highlight of the entire development.
