6. Requirements:

Graduated from Intermediate / College specialized in civil and industrial construction, Architecture, Construction Economics (Prioritize Bach Khoa, Architecture, Transport, SPKT ...)
Experience: From 01 - 05 years.
Can work far away, work province.
Capable of working under pressure, working in a professional manner, enthusiastic to the job, having experience and expertise in the construction industry.
Good English priority.
To be proficient in specialized software, to read drawings well.

7. Job Description for Site Engineering (SE)

Calculate the construction volume of work items according to each job serving the payment and settlement of works;
Check payment records, records of settlement by each stage of construction contractors and suppliers of materials and equipment;
Make a work construction diary, make reports, construction plans by day, by week, by month;
To be responsible for gathering and making test and acceptance records of work and phase-acceptance test, record of hand-over and putting into use of work items.
Prepare and manage drawing files, volumes, and acceptance records.
Construction completion drawing.
Establish construction measures, technical supervision at the project site.
