The Signing Ceremony for the Development of Tan Dong Hiep Social Housing Apartment Project
On September 21, 2022, in Di An City, Binh Duong Province, The signing ceremony for the development of Tan Dong Hiep social housing apartment project took place solemnly with the witness of project developer Le Phong Group, marketing business Party DKRS, CBM Construction Party, DSPCons Supervision Consultant and related parties.
Tan Dong Hiep Social Housing Apartment Project is located at Tan Long Quarter, Tan Dong Hiep Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province. The project has a scale of 1 block of 30 floors, a total floor area of nearly 70,000m2. It is expected that when put into operation, this will be the highest-rise social housing project in the South, providing full amenities, bringing a more advanced definition of social housing projects. In this project, CBM plays the role of General Contractor.
