Letters of Acceptance

Commencing 2022, CBM continuously received Letters of Acceptance for a series of new projects, with the role of General Contractor of Design - Construction, M&E.

Phu Dong Sky Garden Luxury Apartment Project (Di An City, Binh Duong Province) with a scale of 1 basement, 27 floors. The project has a gross floor area of ​​​​nearly 70,000 m2 with a value of up to 750 billion VND, invested by Phu Dong Group - the leading prestigious real estate developer in Binh Duong. After the success of Him Lam Phu Dong and Phu Dong Premier, this is the third project marking the cooperation between CBM and Phu Dong Group.

Project of Titanium Slag Factory (Hoa Thang commune, Bac Binh district, Binh Thuan province), with a scale of 5 floors and roofs, a gross floor area of ​​nearly 4000m2. The project is invested by Hung Thinh Titian Slag Factory One Member Company Limited with a value of more than 100 billion VND.

Chon Thanh Commercial Center Project (Binh Phuoc Province), invested by Binh Long House Real Estate Investment Company Limited. The project has a total contract value of more than 100 billion VND, with a scale of 1 basement, 3 floors and roof. Gross floor area is nearly 16,000 m2.

With the trust of investors, 2022 promises to be a boom year, affirming CBM's name in the construction market.
