1. Administrative Receptionist

  1. Quantity: 01
  2. Requirements:
  • Degree: College or higher
  • Experience: Not required.
  • Requirements: Presentable appearance, agility, honesty, professional manner, and dedication to the job.
  • Good English skills is preferred.

       c. Job Description:

  • Work at the reception desk, answer the main phone line, and transfer calls.
  • Welcome guests to the company: ensuring a polite, professional, and impressive reception.
  • Receive and handle incoming and outgoing mail and documents, process them promptly within authority, and keep an activities log.
  • Manage the company’s meeting room; arrange and organize weekly meetings.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks: stamping documents, preparing offerings, ordering supplies, logistical support for company events.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

2. Accountant

  1. Quantity: 01
  2. Requirements:
    • Degree: From Intermediate to College or higher, majoring in Accounting.
    • Experience: Preferable.
    • Gender: Male / Female.
    • Age: 22 – under 30 years old.
    • Capable of handling work pressure, work with a professional manner, and dedicated to the job.
    • Proficient in accounting, capable of summarizing and understanding accounting systems.
    • Able to compile and analyze reports, perform tasks accurately and according to regulations.
    • Good English skills is preferred.
    • Proficiency in specialized accounting, tax, and insurance software is preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  3. Job Description:
    • Receive, check and manage accounting documents.
    • Accurately, honestly, and promptly record, calculate, and reflect, fully prepare/ account all arising economic transactions such as: revenue, expenses, fixed asset depreciation, receipts – payments, debts, other transactions, various taxes, etc., in accordance with current accounting regulations and tax regimes, policies.
    • Preserve and store accounting documents, books, and records and provide accounting data in accordance with legal regulations.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
  4. Workplace: Construction site in Thu Duc City.

3. Quotation Engineer

  1. Quantity: 01
  2. Requirements:
  • Degree: University, major in Construction Engineering or Construction Economics.
  • Experience: No experience required, training will be provided.
  • Capable of handling work pressure, work with a professional manner, dedicated to the job, experienced and specialized in the construction industry.
  • Good English skills is preferred.
  • Proficiency in specialized software (Cad, etc.) and good understanding of drawings is preferred.​​

       c. Job Description:

  • Main tasks: study tender documents, drawings and related documents.
  • Compile material lists requiring quotations from Suppliers (SPLR) and lists of Subcontractor (SC).
  • Separate drawings from subcontractor packages.
  • Contact to quote, control the quotation progress, and ensure the compliance of SPLR/SC’s quotations with Tender Document requirements
  • Make comparison tables of materials and subcontractors’ quotations to provide the Estimating Department the best prices to include in the Tender Documents.
  • Prepare BOQ and material forms for estimating.
  • Learn and undergo additional training for other tasks (if desired).
  • Perform tasks assigned by Team Leader/ Manager.

4. Construction Method Technical Staff

  1. Quantity: 01
  2. Requirements:
  • Degree: Graduated from a Formal University, major in Civil and Industrial Engineering (Preferably from University of Technology, University of Architecture, University of Technology and Education, Open University, University of Transport and Communications, Ton Duc Thang University).
  • Experience: > 1 year.
  • Capable of handling work pressure, work with a professional manner, dedicated to the job, experienced and specialized in the construction industry.
  • Good English skills is preferred.
  • Proficiency in specialized software (CAD, Sap, Etab, Revit, Sketchup, etc.), and good understanding of drawings is preferred.

       c. Job Description:

  • Prepare, cover drawings and construction method statements for bidding.
  • Arrange schedules and cover technical aspects for bidding.
  • Provide additional support on quantity for the Bidding Department.
  • Learn and undergo additional training for other tasks (if desired).
  • Perform tasks assigned by Team Leader/ Manager.

5. Tender QS Engineer

  1. Quantity: 01
  2. Requirements:
  • Degree: University, Majoring in Construction Engineering or Construction Economics.
  • Experience: > 1 year of experience
  • Capable of handling work pressure, work with a professional manner, dedicated to the job, experienced and specialized in the construction industry.
  • Good English skills is preferred.
  • Proficiency in specialized software (Cad, etc.) and good understanding of drawings is preferred.

       c.Job Description:

  • Main tasks: Calculate and take-off quantities at the Company's Bidding Department.
  • Learn and undergo additional training for other tasks (if desired).
  • Perform tasks assigned by Team Leader/ Manager.

 

Workplace: 93 Nguyen Cong Tru, Dist. 1 – HCMC.

Time: Monday – Saturday morning

Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
