CBM applies information technology in supervising security, order and labour safety at construction sites

Construction is a dangerous industry, requiring measures to ensure safety from inside to outside, taking distant precautions to minimize potential risks and dangers which may cause unfortunate accidents for the labour. At CBM, HSE Board specifically emphasizes the innovation and update of new occupational safety works. Board Managers state that this is a regular and serious action that requires strict observation.

In addition to traditional measures, recently CBM has applied information technology (Deep Learning) in supervising security, order and labour safety which is piloted at GO! Ben Tre. This software helps the companyoptimize its personnel so that the staff can be more flexible in managing the construction site. With a well-invested AI analysis scenario, here are some outstanding features of the software:

- Identify workers who do not wear protective helmets or clothing at the construction site;
- Automatically detect illegal intrusion of objects at the construction site;
- Automatically detect obstacles obstructing walkways, emergency exits, falling objects;
- Supervise material warehouse, processing ground of construction materials;
- Monitoring traffic security;
- Fire alarming.

Occupational safety is not just a slogan that does not make any sense, it is a criterion for all activities in CBM construction works. For us, safety is not only for each labour himself/herself and their families, but it is also value and prestige to create the enterprise's brand.
