CBM Celebrates Commencement Ceremony of Kim Tin Office Building

On 08 February, 2021, Construction and Building Materials JSC officially celebrated the Commencement Ceremony of Kim Tin Office Building on Vo Van Kiet Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. 

The Ceremony was honored to welcome the representatives of the Employer - Kim Tin Investment Corporation, CBM's Management Board as well as members of Project Management Board.

Located in a prime location right on Vo Van Kiet Boulevard, the artery of District 1, Kim Tin Building project has a total investment of nearly 90 billion VND, expected to be completed in about 15 months. With the scale of 4 basements, 14 floors, technical floor and roof, CBM General Contractor plans to apply semi-topdown construction method for the basement. 

Discussing at the Commencement Ceremony, the leaders of the two companies stated their trust and goodwill to cooperate to complete the project on schedule, ensure safety, quality meet technical and artistic requirements. Kim Tin Building is the first and important milestone in the long-term cooperation between CBM and the Employer.

Right after the ceremony ended, the Project Managemetn Board had a meeting to implement the construction works as committed. Winning the package for Kim Tin Building at the beginning of the year is a solid stepping stone, creating a developement momentum for business activities of CBM in 2021.
