CBM Launches 6S Program

The 6S program covers the following:

1. Sort: is reviewing, sorting, selecting and eliminating unnecessary things in the workplace.
2. Set in order: is the activity of arranging working items, semi-finished products, raw materials, goods, etc. in reasonable positions so that they are easy to identify, take and return.
3. Standardize: Maintaining hygiene in the workplace, machines, equipment, working tools or the areas around the workplace to ensure the environment and beauty at the workplace. S3 is also an activity that needs to be performed periodically.
4. Sustaint: Care is understood to be the routine maintenance and standardization of the first 3S
5. Self-discipline: A habit of voluntarily complying strictly with workplace regulations. Self-discipline is reflected in the self-awareness of employees towards 6S activities.
6. Safety: Safety is above all, always be vigilant for unsafe situations.

Understanding that spirit, CBM Company launched the 6S program at offices and construction sites, starting from Phu Dong Premier construction site (Binh Duong) on ​​January 15, 2020.
