Basement Topping-Out and Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Main Structure of King Crown Infinity Project (Thu Duc)

On the morning of June 12, 2024, CBM solemnly held the basement topping-out and groundbreaking ceremony for the main structure of King Crown Infinity project, with the participation of representatives from the Project Developer – BCG Land Joint Stock Company, the Investor – Gia Khang Service Trading Investment Joint Stock Company, and various supervision consultants.

At the ceremony, the Representative of BCG Land JSC spoke about the importance of the project to the Group. CBM's Director also expressed the determination to complete the project on schedule, ensuring quality and environmental safety, adhering to the motto “CBM always on time” and “Commitment in every project”.

The King Crown Infinity project has a total construction floor area of 151,131 m², with the underground construction area being 47,326 m² and the main construction area being 103,805 m², including 5 basements and 2 30-storey towers, providing 724 luxury apartments. With many high-end amenities, the project promises to become the first commercial and luxury apartment complex in Thu Duc city.
