CBM celebrated Groundbreaking Ceremony of Tan Dong Hiep Social Housing Apartment

On the morning of June 8, 2022, at the project site, CBM solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Tan Dong Hiep Social Housing Apartment.

The ceremony was attended by the Representative of the Employer - Toan Thinh Phat Business & Development Company Limited; Main contractor CBM and Consultant. On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, Ms. Hoang Thi Bach Tuyet - Chairman of the Board of Directors & General Director expressed her confidence in the management team, at the same time affirmed her determination to hand over the project on schedule.

Tan Dong Hiep Social Housing Apartment project with construction floor area of ​​nearly 70,000m2, is located in Tan Long Quarter, Tan Dong Hiep Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province. With the scale of 1 block with 30 floors and tum ladder, construction time is expected to be within 18 months. As the main Contractor for structural construction, M&E and basic completion of the entire apartment building, CBM will apply the BIM model in project management and construction.
