CBM Officially Commences Construction of Plot T - Springville Project in Nhon Trach

On the morning of April 28, 2026, in the joyful atmosphere of the historic April days, CBM solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for Plot T of the Springville Project (located on the frontage of Ton Duc Thang Boulevard, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province).

The project consists of one 15-storey tower and is positioned as a modern living hub in the area. This is the next contract entrusted to CBM by the Employer, Gamuda Land, reaffirming the strong strategic partnership built on CBM’s capability and construction quality proven on site.

Leveraging the strengths as an experienced Main Contractor, CBM is committed to mobilizing suitable manpower and equipment resources to deliver the project safely and on schedule, while continuing to create sustainable value for the Springville urban area.
