On August 1, 2016, CBM officially received the announcement of winning the Buon Ma Thuot Commercial Center and Supermarket Project. The project is located at the corner of Nguyen Thi Dinh Street and the western ring road, Thanh Nhat Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province, being invested by Central Group.
With a construction area of nearly 30,000 m2, including 1 basement, 1 ground, 1 floor, mezzanine and roof, the total expected value of the project is nearly 300 billion after tax.
By prestige and experience accumulated from previous supermarket projects, CBM was assigned to design and construction work, including leveling, structure and finishing, MEPs, infrastructure, landscaping and gardening. .
