Job Description:
- Organize, supervise, and control construction activities to ensure project execution and acceptance are completed on schedule, meet quality standards, and comply with contract requirements.
- Manage subcontractors, construction teams, and site workers.
- Attend meetings with the Client, Supervision Consultant, and other relevant parties to resolve on-site issues.
- Submit periodic reports on construction progress and quality to management; proactively propose corrective solutions when project schedules are affected.
- Organize inspections and acceptance for each work item, construction phase, and project completion with the Client and Supervision Consultant.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Director or Site Manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or College degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Deputy Site Manager or in an equivalent position.
- Possess a valid Construction Supervision Practice Certificate as required by regulations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills with a high sense of responsibility.
- Able to work under pressure, demonstrate a professional attitude, be dedicated to the job, and possess extensive expertise in the construction industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; good English communication skills are preferred.
