Tan Dong Hiep Social Housing Apartment Project Topping Out On Schedule

On the morning of July 16th, 2023, the Topping-out Ceremony of Tan Dong Hiep Social Housing Apartment Project was solemnly held in Di An City, Binh Duong Province, with the participation of representatives from the Investor Le Phong Group, the General Contractor CBM, consulting units, and project development partners. The ceremony marked the completion of the structural construction phase of the Project according to the set schedule.
The project has a scale of a single 30-floor block, with a total floor area of nearly 70,000m2, providing all the necessary facilities and bringing a more advanced definition for social housing projects.
With the desire to deliver a high-quality project to customers, the CBM Management Board has overcome all challenges to complete the structural construction phase and enter the finishing stage. The topping-out ceremony is a testament of the collective efforts and close cooperation between the Investor and companion units. Immediately after the topping-out ceremony, the Management Board actively proceeds with construction to achieve the goal of handover the completed project according to the committed schedule and quality.
