Topping-Out Ceremony of Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine (2nd Campus)

Started construction in February 2023, and after 8 months of pursuiting schedule, CBM has finally held the Topping-Out Ceremony of Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine (Binh Chanh Dist., HCMC).

The project is built with nearly 70,000 m2 area of land, including many items such as: 10-storey lecture, learning and training block and 1 basement; 10-storey administrative block, library, sports house and 1 basement; 7-storey high parking block; auxiliary works and technical infrastructure for the entire campus, etc.

Topping out on schedule is an important milestone for the Project Management Board, creating a strong motivation to bring the entire project to its destination as committed to the Investor.
