CBM Organized Awareness Training and Internal Assessment of Management System Under ISO 45001: 2018

In order to equip the general and basic knowledge of ISO 45001: 2018 standard for employees working at the company and construction sites as well as training internal auditors of ISO 45001: 2018 to serve the inspection and operation of occupational health and safety of the Company, CBM's ISO Board organized the course of awareness training and internal auditors under ISO 45001: 2018 from December 7 to 9, 2020. 

ISO 45001: 2018 replaces OHSAS 18001: 2007 and is the international ISO standard for Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (OHSMS), with the purpose of:

• Establish and implement occupational health and safety (OHS) goals and policies
• Develop systematic processes to review contexts and detect risks, opportunities, legal requirements and other requirements.
• Detect hazards and risks that may arise in corporate operations
• Develop measures to control hazards in occupational safety
• Raise awareness about OHS risks for all employees in the business
• Evaluate the OHS effectiveness
• Propose improvement measures through appropriate action

ISO 45001: 2018 system with many improvements to increase synchronization with other management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ... will help improve the quality management system of CBM, minimizing risks when implementing the work, especially for construction contractors.
