CBM Wins The Package of Kim Tin Office Building

On February 02, 2021, CBM was honored to be accepted the Package of structure and finishing works of Kim Tin Office Building.    

Invested by Kim Tin Investment Corporation, the Project was located on Vo Van Kiet Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, with total construction area of about 5000m2. This civil project has a scale of 4 basements, 14 floors, technical floor and roof, total contract value of about 90 billion dong.

Applying semi-top down method statement with project schedule 447 days, this is a challenging project with strict requirements of engineering and beauty aspects. 

The economic situation of Vietnam in particular and all over the world is being affected by Covid-19 pandemic, CBM still receives the trust of the Employers to cooperate in new projects. It affirms the status of CBM in the increasingly competitive construction market as present. The Project "Kim Tin office building" is a very smooth beginning for CBM to confidently complete the plan of 2021.
