Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the Fiscal Year 2022

On July 21st, 2023, Construction and Building Materials JSC (CBM) successfully held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the Fiscal Year 2022 at the Company's Head Office (93 Nguyen Cong Tru, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).
Attending the meeting were the Board of Management, Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, the company’s managers and shareholders with ownership and authorized shares. The Meeting presented the report on operation results and profit distribution plan in 2022; business plan as well as other contents related to the operation and management in 2023. The resolutions made at the General Meeting were 100% approved by all shareholders.
Closing the AGM, the BOM’s Chairwoman & CBM’s General Director Hoang Thi Bach Tuyet expressed her deepest gratitude to our esteemed shareholders, customers, partners, and over 200 employees who have stood by our side to help the company grow even stronger together.
