Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine (campus 2, Tan Kien commune, Binh Chanh district) started construction in February 2023. The project has a total investment of over 2,400 billion VND with a total floor area (including basement) of 77,640m².
The project progress as of August 3rd, 2023 is as follows:
Sports block:
- Zone 1: Structural work of the 4th floor
- Zone 2: Formwork and reinforcement work on the 3rd floor
- Zone 3: Concrete work on the 3rd floor
Administrative and Library block:
- Zone 1: Construction of the 6th floor
- Zone 2: Construction of the 4th floor
The Administrative and Library block is expected to be topping out by the end of October 2023.
