The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2024 fiscal year of Construction and Building Materials JSC (CBM) took place on January 23, 2025, at Rex Hotel. The event was attended by the Board of Directors, Shareholders, the Management Board, the Supervisory Board, and all company staff.
During the meeting, important matters were presented and approved, including:
• The 2024 business performance report and development orientation for 2025;
• The 2024 activity report of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board;
• The profit distribution plan and remuneration payment plan.
The minutes and resolutions of the meeting, containing various significant details, were unanimously approved by 100% of the attending shareholders. The meeting concluded at 11:00 AM on the same day.
In 2025, CBM will focus its resources on fulfilling the tasks entrusted by the General Shareholders' Meeting and continue to affirm its position as a leading construction company in Vietnam.
