After more than 18 months of construction, the Tan Dong Hiep Social Housing Apartment Project, featuring 30 floors and a rooftop, is now ready to be handed over to residents. This is not just a building, but a commitment to contributing to the social welfare goals of Binh Duong Province.
At this project, CBM serves as the General Contractor, responsible for structural works, MEP, and basic finishing. The entire construction process was strictly managed using a modern BIM model, meeting all requirements for quality – safety – environmental hygiene, and schedule as set by the Investor.
