Project Progress Update of July 2026

CBM's ongoing projects are progressing as planned, with construction activities being carried out in accordance with the approved schedule while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery as committed to our Employers

At the High-Rise Residential Building - Plot T of the Springville Project in Nhon Trach, construction is being executed simultaneously across three zones:
- Zone 1: Beam and slab structural works for Level 3.
- Zone 2: Beam and slab structural works for Level 2.
- Zone 3: Column and shear wall structural works for Level 1.

At the Dan Xuan Market and Residential Area, the project has entered the finishing and landscape infrastructure phase. Multiple work items are being carried out simultaneously to complete the overall development, preparing the project for handover and operation.

The Taipei School in HCMC Project has reached approximately 80% overall completion and is now transitioning into the finishing stage.

With the strong dedication and determination of the Project Management Board, the Sun Casa project (Package 3.2A) is progressing in line with key schedule milestones. Here is the latest update on the ongoing construction activities:
- Level 1 slab: Currently in the finishing stage.
- Levels 2 and 3 slabs and the technical floor slab: Under construction concurrently.
