On 4 May, 2020, CBM was officially awarded the package of Main works of the Clubhouse 1&2 of Phase 1B in Swan City project located at Phu Thanh, Long Tan ward, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province.
This project is invested by Nhon Trach New Industry City Company Limited - NICCL.
Total area of Clubhouse 1 is 568 m2 and that of Clubhouse 2 is 536 m2. Landscape area of Clubhouse 1 is 8732 m2 and that of Clubhouse 2 is 3897m2.
