TOPPING UP CEREMONY OF KINGSWAY TOWER

Kingsway Tower held the topping up ceremony on schedule after more than half a year of construction. Currently, CBM is rushing to complete the remaining items to ensure the progress in order to hand over the apartments.

In the morning of 19th, July, 2019, CBM cooperated with the Employer to hold the Topping up ceremony of Kingsway Tower Project in Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City. Attendting the ceremony, there are representatives of Sieu Thanh Employer, CBM main Contractor, and other subcontractors. 

Built on the land with an area of 8,665 m2, Kingsway Tower consists of 3 high-rise 20- blocks adjacent to each other. In the middle, it is designed with an overflowed swimming pool. The project is adjacent to Le Trong Tan street, 30 meters wide, near Tan Binh Industrial Park, the project is very convenient to move to neighboring districts such as Tan Binh, Tan Phu, District 12 and Hoc Mon, Tan Son Nhat airport, Quang Trung software park.

Immediately after the topping up ceremony, the Project Management Board continues to urgently implement the construction and finishing works, the goal of completing the handover of the project to the Investor in June 2020.
