Job Description:
- Perform quantity take-off for assigned work in accordance with the Company's regulations.
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets based on detailed quantities of work items. Update, review, calculate, consolidate, and report data to supervisors.
- Prepare payment, final account, variation, and quantity acceptance documents for submission to the Client/Supervision Consultant according to the project schedule. Consolidate variation quantities and adjust estimates when design changes occur.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Director or Site Manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or College degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are welcome and will receive training.
- Able to work under pressure, demonstrate a professional attitude, be dedicated to the job, and possess solid professional knowledge in the construction industry.
- Proficient in engineering software and Microsoft Office; able to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Careful, detail-oriented; candidates with experience in payment and final account documentation are preferred.
- Good English communication skills are preferred.
